The tour is open to all levels of photographers and tuition will be provided.

Lake Illawarra / Cathedral Rocks / Kiama Lighthouse / Minamurra / Jamberoo / Bombo

We have designed our trips with locations that are easily accessible and suitable for a wide range of age groups and fitness levels.

What’s included:

All accommodation and tuition. We are tasked with ensuring you come home with the best possible images.

Not included:

Food & drink, Insurances and transport.


Quality accommodation is provided on a own room basis.

The Lakeview Hotel Motel in Shellharbour has a Restaurant and Bar and is close to all our locations..

Cancellations & Refunds:

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must advise same by email.

Payments are refundable in full up to 60 days prior to the tour commencing.

No refunds will be available after the expiration of this period unless you are able to arrange a full paying substitute.


John Armytage Photography Tours is not responsible for any loss of equipment, luggage moneys or medical treatment for injuries sustained whilst on tour. Participants are required to arrange the necessary insurance coverage.

John Armytage Photography Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to commencement, whereupon payments will be refunded in full, but is not liable for any other trip preparation expenses.

COVID-19 requirements

To ensure the health and safety of all our attendees and guides, we are required to comply with the regulations specified by NSW Health.


Tour attendees who may have compromised immune systems, or are vulnerable to infection should discuss their attendance with their medical practitioner to ensure it is safe for them to do so.

Please stay at home if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms (fever/cough/runny nose) or if you have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19

If at any time during the tour you display any flu like symptoms, you may be asked to leave the tour

This tour is not open to residents living in declared Covid-19 hotspots or those in compulsory self isolation

Social distancing rules (1.5m) will apply at all times during the duration of the tour.
